TRANSCRIPT
The Constitution of the United States is not an ends to a means.
It is a means to an end.
Orson Pratt explained, “But with all its glory, meaning all the Constitution’s glory and greatness and perfection, it was only a stepping stone to a form of government infinitely greater and more perfect, a government bounded upon divine laws with all of its institutions, ordinances, and officers appointed by the
God of heaven.
So what is a stepping stone?
It’s the path that leads to where you’re going.
And so, understanding the Constitution and applying its principles is the path that leads us to something far greater, which is the Kingdom of God on the earth.
