Our Father in heaven, we’re indeed thankful for the many blessings that I was giving this.
We’re thankful for the opportunity to be here tonight and learn things that will help us prepare for a people and a place for you to come back to. We ask for the Holy Ghost to help us in implementing the things that we hear and being able to convey them to other people.

Tree of Liberty Society minutes for Monday, September the 9th, 2024, the opening prayer was offered by Joyce Mitchell. Ben talked about the book club next week,
invited everyone to attend. Samantha gave the spiritual thought and Some of the things that she commented about a complete bringing young quote was not only study the good,
but also the evil. She said, get out of our comfort zone and raise. Everything a notch. Ben went into training.
and to stay positive while studying and combating evil. Why talk about evil? It’s so that we can know how to combat evil.
Bobby talked about them being in the Navy had taught him to think like the me. And Becky said stuff to most stuff that’s important.
So we do are not duped again. Pam clinch. Excuse me. commented on wickedness has a pattern.
And Joyce said we need to study evil to get knowledge or do evil to get knowledge. Ben said,
“If you focus on positive by ignoring the reality,” he said, “You’re dead,” and listed 10 Ted Bundy’s victims as an example,
a means to an end to do away with evil, so Satan has no power over us. Samantha said she was looking forward to having Satan bound up.
And this is how it’s done to expose it and to stop it. We will usher in the millennium so that there is no power over us. We have to do it to warrant protection and blessings.
And I really, really like that. Linda Stowell reported that her family phone call on Tuesday nights started with three people,
but now there are 12 people on that phone call. Since they’re trying to teach the Constitution and a lot of discussion on all levels of understanding And whether we like it or not,
what’s the truth? Ben said truth must lead to action and to do something.
The number two of why study evil is you have need to have a mindset of service behind the duty that we do have. And people are only kept from the truth because they know not where to find it.
Number three was you want to be, we want to be a good, faithful servant. Moroni commanded us to tell up, commanded to tell us Moroni was commanded to tell us about conspiracy,
learning about evil to do what God commands us to do. Um, Ben Bobby commented that he appreciated what Ben was doing.
The end goal is not gathering knowledge, it is a tool to build an action plan, focus on love, action, and stewardship. Be a light in an example and they will be drawn to you.
You don’t, Ben commented that you don’t need to watch hours of child porn in order to be educated. Alan Arthur said that the evil stuff is tied in with sex.
And Ben said we need to have an action program to hold the conspiracy accountable. We must have responsibility to take care of problems on our own.
Bobby said that we need to identify the players and what they are to defeat them. Ben said that there’s no fixing Satan.
You must resist evil, get rid of the bad guys. No, because that “get rid of the bad guys” goes along with “vote harder.” If you vote on them,
it gives them legitimacy, and they are legitimate until we get rid of them. So yeah, we need to get rid of the bad guys. Joyce Mitchell said, “We must follow the Holy Ghost to follow in the moment he speaks.” Ben said,
“Learning dark stuff is a means to an end. But When we have love to serve others, then it will know not be dark stuff.

it’s always nice to share a little spiritual thought with you guys. I will say this though, just on a side note. I feel like I’d have a little bit more courage to do this if I could see Alan Arthur’s beard because that was a that’s a that’s a thing of beauty right there Alan just so you know man so I that’s not the spiritual thought but it’s very empowering there to see that
though Ellen I wish I could go I just put it on so you could see I had my death the tyrants had on the beard distracts from the head just so you Oh,
man. Oh, shoot, dog gone. Anyways, yeah, so actually, this thought kind of comes from the heart.
It’s not so academic, I suppose. But earlier this year, the school year, I was talking with the librarian. He homeschooled his And he’s he’s almost ready to tire.
So he’s a he’s a little bit older than I am but Me and him are talking about Sending kids to school and kind of the tragedy behind it because there’s a lot of parents that that And they’ll say this out loud,
which is kind of startling Ah man, I just need a break from my kids And uh, I whenever I hear that it actually breaks my heart because I especially when it comes and I’m not saying that there’s inequality here but when it comes from the women dude it just it destroys my soul because how can you have kids and be like dude I just can’t be around my kids anyways we were kind of talking about this kind of thing and
it reminded me I guess how grateful I am for my wife because when I first met her, I knew pretty quick just because of the way that she carried herself and the maturity level of this woman and how she acted.
I knew that she was a daughter of God and that she was going to make a very good wife and an extraordinary mother. And in talking with this guy,
so my experience with education is, well, schooling is what I should say. It comes from the aspect of it’s more academic,
right? It’s intellectual. And because of that, though, I realized that it was a contradiction and I went down that path and I’ve always thought of it that way and of course there are spiritual aspects to it but I kind of think I missed that in terms of my wife until I talked to this guy earlier this year and he was explaining he’s like dude I pretty much married the best woman that I know and I was like oh It’s
pretty cool, man. I feel the same way. And he said, why on earth would I ever allow someone to teach my kids other than this woman? Wow,
that’s, that’s very profound. And I felt the same way. Like, I, I married her because she’s the greatest human being that I’ve ever met.
You see what I’m And like, I love my mom, I love my dad and you know, my siblings and stuff, but she’s greater than me, you know, then I’m a pretty prideful person.
I have a pretty high opinion of myself. But I, you know, I thought, yeah, and we do homeschool our kids, and I’m grateful for that.
But then I made that connection because of what he was And again, this these are coming from people within within the schooling system You know we’re out there,
but Anyways for those of you that have kids or intend to have kids. I know some of you guys are finished having kids, but If you feel like you’ve actually married The greatest person you can find Please do not turn them over To other people and I don’t care what your opinion is of them is either if you find the greatest person let let that person teach your kids and And don’t let there don’t let them have excuses
like I’m not fit to do this or I don’t feel like I’m I’m prepared or I know what I’m doing just forget about that stuff because In schooling If you were just a homeschool your kids and actually just do nothing,
just do nothing. They would get a better education than they would by sending them to school. So thanks. That’s my spiritual thought.
Thank you so much. That is so relevant and an important thing to remember. That is, I really appreciate you bringing that out.
I think it’s, You know, it’s something that we too often forget in society is, you know, picking someone not just for the, the now, right?
Just, we think they’re pretty, you know, or whatever it is that there’s, there’s a, the godly aspect to them and, and what that means for, for, for the future,
as opposed to just the right now and how important that is, especially for the education of children. I think I mentioned this before, but just relevant to what you’re saying and how helpful this would be.
Can you imagine how different society would be if we just started off with what you mentioned? But then you go back to Orson Pratt, wrote articles that was compiled into a book called The Seer where he laid out the process,
the proper process for a young person to be able to find a godly mate. And the first one was, of course, going to the Lord first and getting personal revelation and then going to their father and getting his input and then going to a religious leader and getting their input and then going to the girl’s father and getting his permission,
not just for marriage, but just for even starting the courting process And what kind of protection that is, A, for the young lady and what kind of protection that is for the young man even in ensuring,
you know, that it is a long lasting and a God sanctioned relationship for the future. And just having this mindset would be,
it would prevent divorce, it would prevent heartache, it would prevent problems with children in the future and provide a stable future for children for, you know,
generations to come. So I appreciate you bringing that out. Does anybody have any comments, thoughts? I want to make a comment. I’m not going to make it on the marriage because I,
my two thought I’d married the smartest women and social pressures she gave in and became a problem. I wanted to talk about the kids,
parents wanting, liking the kids to go back to school so they can get a break. I think our society, there’s no discipline,
no holding accountable. My daughter -in -laws won’t let the kids grow up when my sons try to discipline the kids are all over them and my boys tell me they’re fearful of having a cps called on them if they even tell them no they can’t have any money these social pressures that were that were under if if someone’s not doing homeschooling now I just,
I think the kids are so turned into no one suppose rights that it’s impossible to do anything with them.
I know that I flee back up here to the dairy. Because I can’t stand the little suckers very long either. Hey,

and I’m paraphrasing all this, right? But he essentially says, well, that’s kind of a stupid thing to do. And the dad says, that’s right, it is a stupid thing to do. What makes you think that I would ever let you date without knowing who you’re dating?
If I wouldn’t let a stranger that I don’t know borrow my car, why would I let someone do that with you? Okay,

you know, last week is kind of, there’s no reason to kind of just blast over email, things that are going on. But last Monday or Sunday night, my wife had a miscarriage.
And so I spent Monday just taking care of her. So that’s why we had the meeting cancelled last week. And so she’s doing a lot better now, but we had lots of prayers for her.
And she’s she’s feeling a lot better. But that’s that’s why we had the last week’s training cancelled. So just to let you know, I’m not getting it. It’s not happening.

I appreciate Sal being able to give that spiritual thought. It was really important, I think really timely and really good. Carmen, we’re just going to have to go on. And if maybe you can listen to it afterwards and redo it.
OK. Sorry. OK. So I wanted to just real quick, we had a really good book club meeting last week. And we weren’t even able to cover all the reading.
There’s so much good stuff in that, but we’ll be having a follow up book club meeting again, not this Wednesday, but the next Wednesday, which will be the first Wednesday of the month, said October 2, but this Friday in Orem,
we will be having I was invited to give a presentation. It’s a public event, and it’s free all of the location time all that stuff is on the website. I’d love to have you there if you’re able to come,
invite some people. And so that’s what’s good. Anybody have any questions about this Friday’s event? Nope.
Okay. In fact, though, I thought it was important for us to go over some of the materials as an organization that I’ll be covering this Friday. So of course, we don’t have enough time during training.
And a lot of it is stuff that we’ve already discussed in training. And so what I wanted to do is cover tonight parts of the presentation that haven’t been covered as in much detail in training as what I’ll be covering on Friday.
And so it gets in and hopefully it shows with the background that you should all have on what the solutions are it’ll help really elucidate more on the solutions as opposed to voting being the issue in the way that we that we solve things.
And so but feel free again as always to chime in and to have questions or share comments as we as we go along. Our own Carmen Turner makes a an appearance in the presentation.
So I appreciate her being willing to do that. See here, or her own experience that was relevant to the situation.
The importance talking about what I’m focusing on tonight is the realities of the election, realities of what the results are and what’s really behind them.
And so I want to focus on what, again, why do elections even matter? Am I just dismissing elections? Am I saying that, you know, that they don’t,
that they don’t matter? And I would say that they actually do matter, but not in the way that we think. And just referencing the book, Killing No Murder, we understand certain principles of government it says by the laws of God and nature the care defense and support of the family lies upon every man whose it is so breaking down government to its very basic fundamentals actually getting a little bit into our spiritual
thought tonight that just that are the the head of the household is the the head of the government of that household.
But several families uniting themselves together to make up one body of a commonwealth and being independent one of another without any natural superiority or obligation,
nothing can introduce amongst them a disparity of rule and subjection, but some power that is over them, which power none can pretend to have but God and themselves.
So the only So the only two individuals that can have power over a group or a commonwealth of families is God and then somebody that they together chose.
Wherefore, all power which is lawfully exercised over such a society of men, which from the end of its institution we call a commonwealth, must necessarily be derived either from the appointment of God Almighty,
who is supreme law of all in every part, or from the consent of the society itself. So you have these, the only two legitimate rulers that you can have over a society is one that was directly chosen by God,
like we see in the Old Testament, you see like Moses or you see David or Solomon, those individuals were chosen by God. And then the other option,
if it’s not if God didn’t choose a leader over a people, the only other legitimate rule over a people is somebody that that group of people chose to be their leader. So,
elections are vital in that sense that God makes that a natural, just as it’s a It’s a godly principle,
it’s a natural law principle that who you choose is who’s authorized to be your leader and breaking that down. So if the ruler is not appointed by God, nor chosen by the people,
right? If the people didn’t vote for them or God didn’t appoint them, then that person is not a ruler, but an invader. And I like the way that it’s put is that it’s even though the person might be like a natural born citizen right somebody that’s not even an outsider that invaded in in the traditional sense of an army but even if they just put themselves there through fraud or force even if they are a natural
citizen of that community they are still an invader and those that are subject to that power are not governed but oppressed so An election shows us if we are ruled by a legitimate person or if we are ruled by an invader.
And so if our elections aren’t legitimate, that’s important to understand because then we know it gets into the solution. If we understand that our elections are not legitimate,
then we understand that we should not Those people that are in are pretending to be in power as anything, but what they are an invader and that’s the foundational beginning of our questioning and our our investigation into what’s you know of What’s going on of what a leader is?
It’s it’s a more fundamental question than do we pick red versus blue our versus D, or do we even go independent third party? That’s irrelevant if we don’t understand what’s going on with our elections themselves.
Any thoughts, questions, comments so far? Okay, so elections tell us in part if we have a legitimate ruler or if we are ruled by a tyrant,
we have to look at the election itself. So modern election fraud, these are things that have been talked about by even mainstream pundits that election fraud of every kind is well documented.
But I think it’s important for us to bring some of those things back to remembrance. Some of them might have happened or been brought forth before maybe we were kind of paying attention or just haven’t been brought to our attention but will help us to see the bigger picture of is does anybody even legitimate to begin with and what do you do about it?
So we have here in 2008 we have an individual that was testifying before a state congressional committee in I think it was Florida. Mr.
Curtis would you please – Please state your full name for the record. – Name is Clinton Eugene Curtis. – And where do you reside? – LAC Florida. – And what is your profession? – I’m a computer programmer.
– Would you please speak into the microphone so the audience can hear your testimony? – I’m a computer programmer. – Mr. Curtis, are there programs that can be used to secretly fix elections? – Yes.
– How do you know that could be the case? – Because in October of 2000, I wrote a prototype for President Congressman Tom Feeney at the company I work for in Obigo,
Florida that did just that. And when you say did just that, it would rig an election? It would flip the vote 51 -49, the whoever you wanted it to go to and whichever race you wanted to win.
So how would such a program, a secret program that fixes the election, how could it be detected? You You would have to view it either the source code or you’d have to have a receipt and then count the hard paper Against the actual vote total other than that you won’t see it Okay,
so you won’t see the fraud the fraud happens and not only does the fraud happen, but it’s close and that’s what we see as the you know If the the voting machines the the counting of the voting machines is designed to make it look close So you don’t question it and we see that with the media coverage if you notice before Kamala was the nominee for the Democrat Party that the media you know it was being shown how
disparaging the vote was and Then what happens now is now it looks like oh, it’s a real nail biter and that does several different things but it it’s It gives legitimacy to the the Outcoming vote total on on every level,
going from the, you know, the national all the way down to the local elections. And this is somebody that was not only involved, not only knowledgeable in this, but was actually involved in doing it himself.
Then we go to 2010, just two years later, And we see this report. John Warner’s full -time job at Argonne National Laboratory is testing the security strength of the world’s most sensitive areas.
Well, we do international nuclear safeguards. We break into real security systems. His part -time job is changing the course of fictitious elections on real electronic voting machines that more than a quarter of American voters use.
These machines are modularly So you have a touch screen, that’s a module, and when I press the touch screen, that’s going to send a signal to the CPU. Well the CPU is going to respond back with something,
and all I did is intercept that communication flow. If I like the vote, fine, let it go through. If I don’t, I change it. We believe that a very resourceful 12 to 13 year old would be able to essentially produce these alien electronics that can hijack the machine.
Roger Johnston heads up Argonne’s vulnerability assessment team. I think our view of at least the voting machines that we’ve looked at is that there really isn’t much security thought put into these devices.
Johnston says security concerns are not isolated to the way the machines are made. Often the warehouses where these machines are stored have fairly weak security, but almost universally the machines are transported by third -party low -bid trucking companies where there’s no background checks on these individuals.
Often the machines arrive at a polling place and there’s no one to sign for them or to take responsibility for their oversight. So it’s quite often quite a period of time when these machines could be tampered with. So easy that even a 13 year old could could do it.
So it’s not even a complicated process to fix that electronically. – Can I say a moment? – Please. – He just said 13 year olds,
but there’s a, I think it was them. There’s an organization called DEF CON that has a conference every year, it’s for hackers.
And they actually had a booth there where they had a bunch of active voter machines. They got like eight or nine of them and they had and they were getting kids to come in and like teaching them how to hack in And like the youngest kid they had there was like seven years old Who successfully got a new vending machine?
So like for him to say there’s basically the way it sounds like if you have somebody educated enough they could teach you to do it In an afternoon apparently that’s apparently.
That’s how terrible the security is on them. And they’re not monitored. So if you have an organized conspiracy to do it, how much more easier would it be than just some random seven -year -old or 13 -year -old?
And here’s another report on mainstream media in 2016. – Can a machine be hacked? – I have demonstrated how to hack the ABC Advantage voting machines that we use in New Jersey.
I unlock the back door. In 2008, he demonstrated how, as part of an election lawsuit, against our Jersey officials. He was able to change the votes the machine counted.
I figured out how to make a slightly different computer program that just before the close of the polls, it shifts some votes around from one candidate to another. And I wrote that computer program onto a memory chip like this.
The good news is, it’s not something you can easily do from Russia. But the bad news, but the bad news is that it really is possible to do locally.
Okay, that’s exactly where it’s going to be done is locally, not those dang ruskies. And then we have this professor giving presentations on electronic voting fraud just four years ago.
In every single case where a U .S. voting machine has been analyzed by by competent security researchers, they’ve found vulnerabilities that would let someone inject malicious software and change election data.
Every single case. I know America’s voting machines are vulnerable because my colleagues and I have hacked them repeatedly as part of a decade of research studying the technology that operates elections.
I brought one here with me today, in fact, and we’re going to conduct an election. This machine that I brought with me, I bought this one on eBay.
It was used until very recently in Ohio. And the way that works is election officials prepare that on a PC somewhere and copy it to the machines using removable memory cards like this.
Election officials are going to put it in the machine like this before the election. But what our election officials don’t know is that I, the attacker, have already infected that memory card with malicious software.
Here are our candidates. George Washington or Benedict Arnold? Okay, so we have one vote here for George Washington. We have three votes for George Washington.
Oh, a narrow victory for Benedict Arnold. One vote for George, two votes for Ben, because the malware I inserted on the memory card has stolen the election. Well,
here’s a vendor that did the election programming for a large fraction of my state in 2016. Here are lots of nice high -resolution photographs of their warehouse in case you want to break in.
So if I wanted to break into this company, let’s say I was the attacker, I’d probably start by forging an email from, let’s say, Larry the president here to sue his administrative assistant,
asking her to urgently open an attachment. That malware could now spread to memory cards via PCs throughout the firm’s network. But if the machines aren’t actually online when you vote,
there’s no way to hack them, right? This is something that you hear all the time in the US from election officials. Unfortunately, it’s not actually true. Those election management system workstations sometimes are connected to the internet or the data that’s programmed into them passes through an internet connected system.
So we’re just one or two hops away from an online attacker. – So we have just example after example, year after year of showing how electronic machines are used to,
or can proven to be used and it have they’ve been admitted to being used to hack elections. And so that on the national scale where we know where it’s it’s a fake left right paradigm,
but for even people that can’t accept that there is no difference between Republicans and Democrats, they can at least see that whomever is elected is somebody that was chosen by those that are controlling the electronic machines,
but even down to the more local level where you have either state officials or county officials or city officials,
we can see how only those on every level of government that have some competition, They can’t control every city council ’cause that is just too many conspirators to have everywhere but they can definitely have enough people to cover county and statewide elections.
And that anybody that is elected in those positions is somebody that the conspiracy wants through at least electronic fraud. And so following this,
this has led some people to believe But that’s why we need to go to paper ballots only because we can’t there’s no way to have a fraudulent election with paper ballots and I,
you know, hopefully we know that that’s not true. Having just hand counted paper ballots does not solve the fraud issue. And I’m going to show some evidence there, obviously fraud has existed before electronic ballots for those of us that are old enough to remember the 2000 election and hanging chads that should help us to remember that having paper ballots does not change anything.
So we have here’s a video example of paper or some news examples, right? Where we have here in Utah, 400 million ballots won’t count in Iron County.
Officials in Iron County are questioning how 415 mail -in ballots were processed after nearly all of them were post -marked for the day after election day. County clerk John Whitaker explains on Monday’s commission meeting,
at Monday’s commission meeting, that he received a pile of mail -in ballots on June 27th. Nearly 415 of them had June 25 post -mark from the Postal service center in Vegas.
14 others also had that postmark in addition to stamps from postal service centers in Utah. That’s what Whitaker said raised his suspicion.
He believes there is no way for all of those, all of those could have been late. Tiffany Matthews is one of the voters that claims that it was not late.
She claims that she dropped her ballot off in Cedar City at 2pm on June 23rd. When she returned from a trip later that week, she was told her ballot arrived late and would not be counted.
And so they by design in certain areas to be able to help with the paper trail of having to cover up on the paper ballots,
They know in areas that will be voting in a certain air direction to have phony business to make sure that those Ballots are not going to be counted in just a large enough portion as to take away an election win Here’s a clip from 2000 mules from to explaining another way that paper ballots can be affected fraudulently.
– So we’re gonna show you a couple of different ones. This particular individual, we have in a number of different locations at a number of different times, he’s actually a mule. – This is the official surveillance video of Georgia.
– Absolutely. – And so as the person pulls up, They don’t even bother parking. Of course, in the middle of the night, so why would they? It gets out, approaches the box. When people walk up with intention to cheat,
they look around, they basically walk fairly quickly. They try to stuff ’em in, they try to get out of there. In this case, he drops a few on the ground, pick ’em up, stuff ’em into the box.
Then he hustles back and hustles out of there. So this is what it looks like. It doesn’t necessarily look like, you know, hundreds of ballots being stuffed in.
– You don’t need a whole lot of fraud. You just need a little in the right places over time. – What you’re gonna see is he approaches the drop box on his bike. He also has a backpack on. Pull the ballots out of his backpack.
Only gets that, pulls them out. Okay, now I’m set, and he’ll put ’em in. But you also see him get sort of frustrated as he starts to leave,
because guess what? At this point, they had started requiring the mules, apparently, to take pictures of the stuffing of the ballots. It appears that that’s how they get paid.
So they take a picture, and stuff it in, they take a picture, not a selfie, but a picture of the actual ballot going in. But this guy gets frustrated, so he actually has to park his bike,
get off. – So if you were there just casting your own ballot, what reason in the world would you have to come back and take a picture of the box? – Any news to him?
– Looking around? – Take some pictures. – So you have the problem not only of rigging it through not counting votes you have ballot stuffing where they have prefilled out ballots to to sway an election from an individual that that they don’t want to be in power and then we have our very own Carmen Turner giving her report of not just you know not mailing ballots or ballots that are turned in you know,
in these boxes, but actual people voting in person. Oh,
no, I better fix this before I cannot play media. OK, well, I need to play this.
So this is an important video. So I am going to just switch over to the other presentation real quick.

I’m going to interject. I thought all we had to do was shoot the mules and stop it. But thanks to watching this, we’re going to hang the people that do the counting of the boats in the county.
It’s a much bigger issue that hopefully Hopefully we can see just a few different scenarios. Okay, here we go. One of the things about the election is that there were no poll watchers.
I think we before ladies were considered poll watchers, but no, we were election judges.
And there was nobody there to monitor anything that anybody did, even us. My name is Carmen Turner. In 2018,
February 2018, I moved to Richfield, Utah. I guess it was March. They were looking for people to be election judges for the 2018 upcoming primary and general elections,
and so I volunteered. And so the election was June 26th, 2018. There were three other ladies there with me,
and Rosalie was the lead. She had been doing this for 30 years. So she was the lead, and she was in charge of the other three ladies.
One of the people running on the ballot, his name was Stephen Wall, and he was running for county clerk auditor.
The way that this story came about was that Stephen Wall had He’d been in the position of county clerk auditor for right about 30 years and and so he was supposed to be,
you know, as, as a as a candidate for the thing he had to do all sorts of stuff to get his name on the ballot on the day of elections,
which was June 26, 2018. I I arrived there at 5 .30 in the morning, and we set up everything and made sure everything was running up and up and running.
And so Rosalie, myself and the two other ladies took our stations and she assigned us our stations. And right about 10,
10 1030 in the morning, Steve Wall comes in. Oh, he was so disheveled, but he had just come in from the field. He was a farmer. And so Steve left,
and then he came back right about 2 o ‘clock in the afternoon. He goes right to Rosalie and starts talking to her. And we, other 3 ladies are in our individual stations separated by feet from Rosalie and Steve talking at this time,
I see Rosalie go over to a table that was set up for our possessions. This was not to be used for people who came in to vote.
On this table was a huge, thick binder And she unzipped it, turned the pages, which were many of them were pocketed and zippered pages.
And she opened this one zippered page and removed a pair of snippers. And I’m just why I’m in a position where I can just sit there and watch her and,
you know, I could see everything that was going on. So she removes these snippers like pliers like snippers and she walks over to the ballot box,
the metal ballot box that was being used for people who came in and just wanted to drop off their yellow envelopes, their ballots. And I’m watching her as she walks over to the ballot box and she snips the lock.
It’s plastic, like a zip tie, but it was much sturdier than a zip tie. And she opens up the ballot box and Steve reaches in and takes out all the ballots.
She closes the ballot box and puts undue zip tie lock on it. During this time, she and Steve are continuing their conversation, talking,
talking, and Steve is holding a large bundle when compressed. I would think the bundle was about this thick, you know, seven inches thick when compressed.
And so he was just busy shuffling these these envelopes, getting them all to face the same way. He finishes his conversation with Rosalie and he leaves with the envelopes in hand.
And I’m watching this and I feel like my jaw is dragging on the ground because this is highly not just irregular but illegal.
They were breaking the law. So Steve goes up to his car and drives away. And I walk over to Rosalie and I said, “Rosalie.” I says,
“Why did you let him take those ballots?” And she says, “Well, he does that every time.” And I says,
“You’re kidding.” I says, “In the manual it says Two people have to continually have those ballots within hands distance.
You have to be able to see those ballots, but there have to be two people who walk away with those ballots. Not one person, but two. And her mouth dropped open and she realized what she had done.
And she got Her phone and went into a private room and she was there for probably about 10, 15 minutes and came back and she, you could see,
she was devastated with what she had done. And so she said that she went and called Steve Wall’s secretary,
but who answered the phone? Steve. So, Rosalie asked him, Why did you take those ballots? You’re not supposed to be alone with those ballots.
And he told her, “Oh, I do this all the time.” And then he told her that every day he would go to the post office and collect the ballots there.
And he would do it alone. And she didn’t know what to say to him. She was stunned that he was willfully and knowingly breaking the law.
But the next day, I called the attorney general’s office, the state attorney general. And he said that this is done all the time in all of the counties.
I said, but they’re breaking the law. He says, yeah, but that’s the way they’ve always done it before I called him. I called the it’s called the rich field river. The newspaper in rich field.
And rich field is the county seat. And I called them. And I told them what had happened. And they didn’t want to do anything about it.
Because everybody, it’s in the club, good old boys club type thing, I guess. They didn’t want to do a thing.
Want to do a thing. So you have an elected official running for office in charge of grabbing the votes and having them by himself. From the post office,
from the polling centers with no supervision deciding what to do with them and so he gets to decide basically he can easily without anybody even being a witness get rid of votes that he wants to and we have you know you have the backup of saying that’s not just one county it’s not just an isolated case the attorney general’s office says everybody’s doing it and you have so you have the the state making sure that
they are protected in their crimes. And then you have the media, even small town media, protecting them in their crimes, making sure that nobody knows about what’s going on. To make sure that the paper votes are not counted accurately.
And so, you know, people say, well, that’s why we need to sue them. And so, you know, the United States demands other countries meet a certain standard like we see here and just back in July when Venezuela had its close election and there were lots of questions with its results and the United States demanded that this foreign government release specific data on their election to prove that their election was legitimate.
Now, but is that the same standard that we have in the United States? Yeah, Yeah, yeah, exactly. So Rod’s asking the question, why,
what right do we have to demand that information from a foreign country, right? So, but do we demand that of ourselves, right? We’re just a conspiracy theorist if we demand that same data in America.
The Salt Lake Tribune reported that it’s the Utah High Court rejects Colby Jinkson’s last -ditch bid to reverse Celeste Malloy’s GOP primary win. And of course,
he congratulated Celeste in that urging the legislature to address this issue, right? We’re going to get the people, the legislature that were elected based on this system of fraud to fix it to make sure that that’s never going to happen again.
Right, right. I used to think we were in of Pocostocracy, the stupid people who are running the program,
but this is the testimony of the Getty Antenrobbers running the program. Yeah. Evil people. Sorry, Rod. What were you saying? Oh.
So, yeah, so if you couldn’t hear that, Rod was just saying that is that, you know, maybe that’s the reason why they’re putting on the show of demanding it from foreign countries to show that we are the standard of election integrity.
And then we have here the Supreme Court rejects Phil Lyman’s bid to kick Spencer Cox off the ballot. Justices dismissed the case without hearing from side, citing a lack of a clear legal or factual argument,
Lyman says he plans to continue his quest as a write -in candidate. So again, the courts are, you know, they’re not siding on this. And then this just came out today where another court case demanding the same data that the U .S.
is demanding from Venezuela, they’re saying that the election returns are not public records. They don’t even have to show you the returns of the election to prove that it was a legitimate election.
And so there is no part of this process where we have any sort of recourse. There is no office, right? You don’t have this Attorney General stepping into arrest people.
You don’t have the courts defending the ability for the people to be able to see how legitimate the system was that we’re demanding from Venezuela and they are of course making sure that the establishment wins.
So you can see over and over again that the only people from the federal, all the way down to the local level, that get into office are those of the conspiracy wants in office.
So we’re going to talk about, we can see, so in the presentation we’ll be talking about going back to the history over elections, which helps us to see how we go back to if we wanted to have a,
you know, a legitimate election and then showing how parties were the gatekeepers. Oh no, oh, I’m sorry. This is actually, this is the presentation. I need to stop sharing and go back to training. Let’s see here.
Yep, I goofed up. Okay. Oh,
yeah Yep, they think that elections are going to help them Okay, so we go here. So we talked about that. Oh,
so we have it’s pretended public record, right? They just the courts just ruled that it wasn’t public record, but they pretended is for you. So you can go check your right, you’ll go here and you’ll, you’ll track your mail in a provisional ballot.
So you can check if your vote was counted, but you cannot check how your vote was counted. That’s just obvious why that’s a problem.
If you can’t check how your vote was counted, who cares if your vote was counted? It all goes back to what we saw in those videos about how easy it is to switch votes.
They, on that piece of paper, they said, “Yep, we got three votes, “we got two for Benedict Arnold, “one for George Washington.” But if you don’t know who voted for Benedict Arnold and who voted for George Washington,
you can’t go back. Oh, that was one of my two votes went to Ben and Arnold. That’s wrong. There’s no actual accountability. It’s a fraud. It is a distraction to make you think, oh,
everything is good because I was able to check that my vote was counted. Can you just imagine, right? We go back here and we know right now that if the legislature,
if Congress votes on something, their vote, not not just the fact that they voted, can you imagine it’s like, yeah, it’s your congressman voted today and that’s all you were allowed to know that yes they voted.
No, we have a record of not only that they voted, right, we have no votes five, and then we have on this specific bill, and we have 70 yeses and who those yeses are, and zero nays So there’s nobody,
but if there was nays, we’d be able to say who voted no and Just can you just imagine if it if it came out where no, that’s top secret You can’t know that that’s not public record It would be obvious what was going on.
There would be no accountability not only for How they voted but there would be no accountability on How with the result of, you know, did the bill legitimately pass?
Did a bill legitimately fail? And it becomes obvious how important it is for this information to be public to be able to know if an election is fraudulent or not.
And we have here Joseph Stalin famously stated that it’s not who votes that counts. It’s who counts the votes. In North Korea,
they have either 99 % or 100 % voter turnout in North Korea. Does that mean that they’re a legitimate country? Does that mean that they’re not ruled by a tyrant? Does that mean that the election is legitimate?
No, of course not. But the people running for office oversee the counting of the votes, right? Just like we saw in the county, the county clerk, the person in charge of counting the votes is getting the votes.
There is running for office. He gets to decide which votes count for him. And then on the state level, who gathers all of the county’s elections and who’s ultimately is somebody that’s running for office.
It’s who counts the votes that we see what’s going on. And so it’s very important. One of the things is you can vote. Votes being public record ensured that your vote was counted, ensured that your vote was counted accurately,
haven’t forbid, and ensured accountability not only for the people counting the votes, but accountability for the community. And those, you know, if you chose someone that was evil,
everybody was going to know about it. And so we have to ask ourselves, will voting harder, will it get those rigging voting machines to Well,
because you voted harder you showed up to vote is that going to change the rigging of the voting machines? But we vote for new voting machines Rod says How about this how about if if we get those stuffing ballots to stop doing that?
Will that you know if we vote harder will that happen? Will they stop stuffing the the ballots if we just vote harder? How about this how about will we those that are throwing out those votes saying they don’t count it’s you know that is that going to change just because you voted harder or are we going to get judges to stop supporting all of those things because we see all of the all of the lawsuits are um are
are showing that um are being are being backed up by The judges there they are not Allowing the actual law to be enforced,
but they are protecting the law breakers So voting harder That’s not a solution to those problems Because they’ve designed the elections to only get the results that they want and So it’s really clear beyond any reasonable assertion that we live under the rule of tyrants whose rule has never been overcome through elections.
Voting harder is not the solution. It’s not voting smarter, not voting harder that the elections are designed to give legitimacy to an illegitimate system like we see in Russia,
right? Even in Russia right now. Vladimir Putin, he’s been in there for what, 30 years now because he doesn’t, you know, he, he only approves the everybody that runs against them has to be approved by him.
We see in China, the elections that they have, we see in, in North Korea, the elections that they have, you see in Venezuela, the elections that they have, elections are designed to make people think that the tyrants that they have are legitimate when they are not.
And that elections do not get you out of that process. And so, I know we are out of time and this is the portion of the presentation that I wanted to make sure that we covered in training so that as members of the Tree of Liberty Society,
we understand, right? We’re not being, we’re inoculated against these dichotomies of we’ve just got to do this, we’ve just got to go to paper ballots. We just got and make sure that elections aren’t rigged.
We just gotta go to same day voting. All of those things are taken into consideration by the conspiracy. We have to understand that every part of the election process is designed to make sure that the only people that get elected are the people that the conspiracy wants.
And so that is not the way that we restore liberty. Elections is not the way that we restore liberty. It is a waste of time. It is a waste of money. And it is a waste of our efforts are emotional investment in this process,
because it is designed to make sure that the conspiracy looks legitimate. And we have to make sure that our efforts are are are a focused on, you know, the first process is removing that legitimacy from an illegitimate system.
So because we are out of time, we’re gonna go ahead and close up and then in open form, you can ask more questions on this or we can just ignore it and move on to other topics that you guys would like to bring up,

Father in heaven, we’re so grateful to have been here this evening, so grateful that that was gathered us together to learn principles of liberty and make them actionable.
We pray that that will inspire us with ways in which we can act to help the bring forth thy political kingdom on this earth. We pray that that will pour into us a spirit of bravery and humility and enthusiasm for thy kingdom and please protect us and our families and help us to be well and happy on this earth as we live in the name of thy laws and in the name of thy beloved Son Jesus Christ amen.
